We built our own software. Then we shared it.

Grafto is the software arm of Green & Home Ltd — a UK trading business that runs on the same tools we sell.

Green & Home has traded for years: wholesale, retail, trade counter, the lot. Like most small businesses, we ran on a patchwork of Linnworks, spreadsheets, accounting software and sheer memory. And like most small businesses, we lost hours every week to admin that should have been automatic.

So we started building. Not because we wanted to be a software company — because we needed a specific thing to exist and nobody sold it. A fast way to take trade orders straight into Linnworks. A proper engine for per-customer wholesale pricing. A robot to chase the quotes we kept forgetting to follow up.

Each tool earned its place by solving a real problem in our own business first. Once they worked for us, it seemed daft not to offer them to the thousands of other UK businesses hitting the exact same walls.

What Grafto stands for

Practical over flashy. Our tools do one job well and get out of your way. No dashboards you have to learn, no features nobody asked for.

Fair and flexible. Monthly pricing in pounds, free trials, cancel any time. Where it makes sense, you can even own the source outright.

Honest about what we are. We're a small UK operator building software on the side of a real trading business. That's our advantage — we're not guessing at your problems, we have them too.

The family

Under Grafto you'll find our Linnworks tools (Trade Order POS and B2B Price Tiers), our quote-chasing tools for Xero and QuickBooks (Quote Nudge), and the Linnworks MCP source for developers. Our sibling brand GraftG does the same job for tradespeople — admin sorted over WhatsApp.

All of it is Green & Home Ltd. All of it started with us needing it to exist.
