Extended properties are not showing in Linnworks — the checklist

Short answer: extended properties are case-sensitive, per-item, and hidden in a tab most people never open. The data is usually there.

Where to actually look

Open the stock item in Linnworks and find the Extended Properties tab — they do not appear on the main item view or in most default listings.

Name mismatches

Property names are case- and space-sensitive. TRADE, Trade and " Trade" are three different properties. If a tool wrote one name and you are looking for another, you will see nothing.

Only some items updated

Bulk pushes can partially complete on rate limits or timeouts. Spot-check items from different parts of the catalogue rather than just the first one you tried.

Type mismatch

A property created as one type but written as another may store but display oddly. Consistency matters more than which type you pick.

The push did not run

Confirm the sync actually completed rather than erroring silently. B2B Price Tiers writes tier prices as native extended properties and reports what it wrote — see the pattern explained.
