Coming very soonHosted Linnworks MCP connects Claude to your own Linnworks data, so you can ask about open orders, stock running low, purchase orders and refunds in plain English and get answers read live from Linnworks. There is nothing to deploy: you approve the app inside Linnworks, add one connector to Claude, and start asking. On the Pro plan Claude can also change prices, archive SKUs and raise orders, always as a preview you approve first.

What it does
No fluff — here is exactly what you get.
Search open orders that have not been despatched, search processed orders by date range, and pull any single order in full.
Find items by SKU, title or barcode, check stock levels per location, and fetch several stock records at once.
Search supplier purchase orders and open one with its items and deliveries.
Search returns and refunds history (up to three months per question), see the refunds on an order, and list refunds still waiting for action.
Change base retail prices, archive or unarchive SKUs, and create an open order. Each one is shown to you as a before-and-after preview first, and only happens once you approve it in the chat.
Up to 50 SKUs per price change and 100 per archive. Price moves of more than 50% either way are refused unless you explicitly allow them, and items that still hold stock or sit on an open order or purchase order are not archived.
You connect Linnworks by approving the app inside Linnworks, and Claude connects with a standard sign-in flow. You never paste a key into a URL or share a password with us.
Answers are read from Linnworks when you ask. We keep no copy of your order book, customer list or stock. Your Linnworks access token is stored encrypted, and an audit log of actions is kept for 90 days.
How it connects
No password: we email you a six-digit code.
Install the app from inside your own Linnworks account. That is the whole Linnworks side.
In Claude, go to Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector and paste the address from your account page. Then ask a question.
Other assistants that support remote MCP servers with OAuth sign-in should also connect. Claude is the one we have tested.
Hosted or self-hosted
We run the server. You need a Linnworks account and Claude; nobody on your side touches a terminal. A monthly subscription, one Linnworks account per subscription.
The TypeScript source, deployed to your own Cloudflare account with your own credentials. A one-off purchase, and a better fit for agencies or teams that want the connector inside their own infrastructure.

A server we run that speaks the Model Context Protocol (MCP), the open standard AI assistants use to call tools. It gives Claude a set of Linnworks tools: search orders, check stock, look up purchase orders and refunds. You ask questions in plain English and the answers come from your live Linnworks data.
It is built and tested with Claude, added as a custom connector. Other assistants that support remote MCP servers with OAuth sign-in should work too, but Claude is the one we have tested.
No copies. Answers are read from Linnworks when you ask. We hold your account details, your encrypted Linnworks access token and a 90-day log of the actions taken. A change you have previewed but not yet approved is held for up to ten minutes.
Only on the Pro plan, which is coming soon, and only in four ways: base retail prices, archiving, unarchiving and creating an order. Every change is shown as a preview first and happens only after you approve it. Each approval works once and expires after ten minutes.
Not at present. The customer tools were taken out because the Linnworks endpoints behind them returned errors. Orders still carry the details on the order itself.
The source is code you deploy and run yourself on Cloudflare, bought once. The hosted version is a subscription where we run the server and you just connect it.
