The customer’s tier price is not applying — six things to check

Short answer: tier pricing needs three things lined up — the customer assigned to a tier, the SKU priced in that tier, and the order tool actually reading it. One missing link and you get standard prices.

The checks, in order

1. Is the customer assigned? Unassigned customers fall back to default pricing. This is the most common cause by a distance.

2. Did you select the customer before adding lines? Lines added first may keep the price they had when added.

3. Does the SKU have a price in that tier? New products added after your last formula run may have no tier price at all.

4. Was the price pushed to Linnworks? Computing a tier price is not the same as syncing it — see extended properties troubleshooting.

5. Is price memory overriding it? A remembered negotiated price for that customer and SKU can legitimately beat the tier price.

6. Is there a manual override on the line? Someone may have typed over it.

The pairing is documented in setting up tiered pricing.
